Most people don’t have to call lawyers
very often, fortunately for them.
But sometimes when people do need to call a
lawyer they hesitate, because they don’t
really know what to expect. It can be a little
intimidating to call a law firm when you aren’t
sure exactly what you need to say or what
questions to ask.

possible for you to call us.
If you call us about a legal problem:
- We’re not going to refuse to talk with
you.
- We’re not going to charge you just for
calling us.
- We’re not going to talk too fast or
ask you a lot of hard questions.
- We’re not going to try to pressure you
into making an appointment.
If you have a problem we think we can help
you with, we’ll tell you what you need to do
next.
If we can’t help you, we’ll try to
refer you to another lawyer or to a government
agency where you can get help for your
problem.
If we have a brochure or other information
we think will help you, we’ll offer to send
that to you at no cost.
So go ahead and call us – we promise it
won’t hurt a bit.
