I found your Web site through the Internet. Attorneys intimidate me and I was dreading the phone call. However, today I decided I would call.

There was something about the way Gloria answered the phone that helped me continue. I next spoke with Tammy Garcia. She was sympathetic, very polite, and extremely professional. Although she was unable to tell me whether Mr. Davis would be able to take my case, my fears were beginning to dwindle. She stated that she would need to check with Mr. Davis and his schedule before he could accept the case. In the interim, she gave me a phone number for MHMR and just generally got me steered in the right direction. I was promised a phone call today or an email by Saturday with a follow-up phone call on Monday until she could confirm his representation. She called back within 5-10 minutes saying that Mr. Davis verbally said yes.

While that assessment didn't bolster our case - it did provide a very solid and true baseline for us to either move ahead or withdraw our case.  We were then very impressed with also receiving a written summary of his findings.

We all have a history and most of ours has centered around business and service.  It was very refreshing to see a firm that didn't simply question their "bottom-line," but instead asked "how can we as professionals assist these individuals in need - without regard to our time and expenses." People take pride in so many foolish things - but your firm can take pride in doing something very special "serving people in need and giving them your best."
