Consumer rights under the U.S.
Bankruptcy Code and federal and state consumer
laws are complex and require the expertise of an
experienced attorney to get the best results. I
have concentrated my law practice over the last
14 years on becoming an expert in these matters,
and have helped thousands of consumers file
bankruptcy cases, pursue violations of the Fair
Debt Collection Practices Act, and other
consumer protection laws.
I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, and
now live in Dallas. I am active in the Rotary
Club, and recently headed a program to provide
winter coats to disadvantaged school children in
Dallas. I also provide volunteer services to New
Friends New Life, a Dallas charity that helps
women establish new careers and learn life
skills.
