Further to a job offer in Dallas during December
2008, I contacted Messrs. Kraft & Associates,
for their help in my obtaining an H1-B visa, as
required by the USCIS.
Original contact was made with Genevieve Chavez,
an Immigration Paralegal, who advised on the
requirements, as well as setting up a telephonic
meeting with Eugenia M. Ponce, an Attorney at
