A native of Waco, Texas, Mr. Kraft graduated from
Baylor University with a degree in
Business Administration, and he graduated
from Baylor University School of Law in
1971. Mr. Kraft has practiced plaintiff's
personal injury law in Dallas since 1971.
In that time he has represented many
thousands of clients in almost every type
of injury and disability claim. Mr. Kraft
is a former Director, and a current
Director Emeritus, of the Dallas Trial
Lawyers Association. He served as
President of the North Dallas Bar
Association for the 2004-2005 year, and is
currently a Director of that organization.
Mr. Kraft is a Fellow of the College of
the State Bar of Texas, and a Sustaining
Member of the Texas Trial Lawyers
Association. He is also a Sustaining
Member of the National Organization of
Social Security Claimants Representatives,
and a member of the American Immigration
Lawyers Association.
Mr. Kraft is a member of the Dallas
Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. He is a member of the Texas Center for
Legal Ethics and Professionalism, a
Sustaining Member of the American
Association for Justice (formerly the
Association of Trial Lawyers of America), and is a
current member of the Marketing and Client
Services Committee of the American
Association for Justice.
On October 15, 2002, Mr. Kraft was proud
to be admitted in person to practice
before the Supreme Court of the United
States. The swearing-in ceremony was
performed by Chief Justice William
Rehnquist, with the full Supreme Court
in session.

Tommy K. Davis

Mr.
Davis attended Texas A&M University
and Abilene Christian College. He received
his law degree in 1982 from the Texas Tech
School of Law. Mr. Davis is a former U.S.
Marine who served in Viet Nam. Before
joining this law firm in 1990, Mr.
Davis had extensive experience at other
local personal injury firms. He has
practiced in several areas of injury law
and now concentrates his practice on
Social Security Disability claims. Mr.
Davis has represented Social Security
Disability claimants in several thousand
hearings before Administrative Law Judges.

Ms. Collier received her bachelor of
science degree from the University of
Houston and her law degree from Texas
Wesleyan University School of Law. While in
law school, Ms. Collier served as class
representative of the Student Bar
Association and was a member of the Moot
Court Honors Society. Ms. Collier was
selected as the Hooding Speaker at the
school’s Hooding Ceremony. She is
currently a member of the Texas Wesleyan
Alumni Board. Ms. Collier joined our firm in
2003 after working at other area law
firms. In addition to Personal Injury, Ms.
Collier has experience in the areas of
Family, Criminal and Workers' Compensation
law.

Eugenia Ponce

Ms. Ponce was raised in Brownsville,
Texas. She received her B.B.A. with a
Minor in Latin American Studies
from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and then went to the
John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
After graduating from law school, Ms.
Ponce clerked for two federal judges in
South Texas and then returned to school
to receive her Masters in Law from the
University of Texas School of Law in
Austin. Her Master’s in Law degree was in
International Law.
Before becoming a member of Kraft &
Associates in 2007, Ms. Ponce
worked as an attorney in a large Dallas
immigration firm. Ms. Ponce has
experience in family-based immigration
and employment-based immigration, as
well as other more specialized areas of
U.S. Immigration Law. Ms. Ponce is a
member of the Greater Dallas Hispanic
Chamber of Commerce and is active in
Habitat for Humanity through her
membership in the Dallas Bar
Association. Ms. Ponce is fluent in

Wegner

Mr. Wegner graduated from Stephen
F. Austin State University in
Nacogdoches, Texas in 2001. He
earned a Bachelor of Arts in
Humanities. He then attended Texas
Wesleyan School of Law in Fort
Worth. While attending law school,
Mr. Wegner was involved in a
variety of volunteer efforts
including Habitat for Humanity and
the Texas Wesleyan Street Law
Program, which taught non-violent
problem-solving skills to children
in low income areas. Mr. Wegner
was also Vice-President of the
Texas Wesleyan Chapter of the
ACLU. Professionally, Mr. Wegner
has worked across all levels of
government. He has worked for the
U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development, the Small
Business Administration Office of
Disaster Assistance, and in the
police advisory department of the
City of Fort Worth City Attorney’s
Office. Mr. Wegner joined Kraft
and Associates in 2007.

Ms. McLaughlin is a native Texan, and a graduate
of Irving's Nimitz High School. She joined
our firm in 1987 after five years of
employment with Texas Employers Insurance
Association, including a job position as
lead clerk in their workers' compensation
department.
Ms. McLaughlin serves as our firm's Office
Administrator, and is responsible for many
office operations, including secretarial and
staff recruitment and training, marketing,
personnel management, and other law firm
administrative functions. She manages our firm's
computer network and also serves
as our law firm's bookkeeper.

& Appeals. She has also previously

from our firm in 2008, but remains available
