I’d like to convey my profound appreciation to your firm for simply being “extremely professional.” On October 21st, 1999, I forwarded an e-mail to your firm requesting your initial thoughts regards a personal injury sustained while vacationing in Mexico. I’ll admit, I forwarded a similar package of info to several other so called quality law firms in the Dallas area.

Your firm was the first of only a few law firms that replied to our inquiry. However, to say you simply replied falls extremely short of how your firm handled our request. In particular, I’d like to acknowledge the efforts of J. K. Ivey. Mr. Ivey managed to conclude a significant amount of research into our potential case in a matter of a couple days. He called us shortly after receiving the inquiry and provided us a very comprehensive review of his initial assessment. While that assessment didn’t bolster our case – it did provide a very solid and true baseline for us to either move ahead or withdraw our case. We were then very impressed with also receiving a written summary of his findings.

We all have a history and most of ours has centered around business and service. It was very refreshing to see a firm that didn’t simply question their “bottom-line,” but instead asked “how can we as professionals assist these individuals in need – without regard to our time and expenses.” People take pride in so many foolish things – but your firm can take pride in doing something very special  “serving people in need and giving them your best.”
